What You'd Do:

  • Build and manage client relationships
  • Develop and maintain positive and productive client and agency relationships
  • Deliver on flawless execution of projects on time and on budget
  • Independently operate projects from start to finish while involving Manager when necessary
  • Represent the client's needs to the agency and the agency's mission to the client
  • Gather, prioritize, summarize and disseminate client business needs
  • Accurately interpret and articulate client needs to all members of the account team as well as appropriate agency team members
  • Assist with writing annual strategic or project marketing/communications plans
  • Work with Production Lead to develop timelines and estimates of work
  • Document and distribute various reports for project team and clients in order to track performance, project objectives and budgets
  • Participate in client presentations and internal meetings
  • Establish budgets, monitor spending activity and provide ongoing reports to account team
  • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time to meet the changing needs of the agency

What You've Done:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
  • Proven ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines
  • 3+ years of agency experience
  • Experience in broadcast, digital and social
