What You’ll Do

  • Lead and/or participate in pre-planning client meetings to gather input and establish strategic direction
  • Help lead the team through media plan development
  • Work with Strategy and Media Teams to extrapolate meaningful insights to inform campaign and media strategies
  • Ensure creative thinking and collaboration with Creative Team to develop unique cross-disciplinary ideas
  • Oversee development of media vehicle information summaries and insights from various media tools/resources (e.g. target indices, reach/frequencies, competitive analyses, etc.)
  • Present media plans to internal teams and clients, and work with Planners and Analysts on their communication and presentation skills
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors and media partners
  • Stay on top of, and share knowledge with colleagues on, media trends and emerging media opportunities
  • Lead, train and motivate employees through effective leadership techniques
  • Manage the work of Media Planners and Analysts by providing work direction and expertise
  • Establish and maintain quality standards for group output
  • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time to meet the changing needs of the department and the agency

What You’ve Done

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of media experience
