POSITION: Client Services Supervisor (On-site at Client in Dallas, TX)
ACCOUNTABLE TO: Account Director
Responsible for the daily management of all projects on assigned client brand(s). Works in equal partnership with Account Management and Creative to produce the best possible work with maximum efficiency in the process. Leads all internal activity by motivating teams on day-to-day responsibilities within the context of collaboration and service including workflow, team assignments and profitability.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Leads campaign execution with the Client, Account Management, Creative and Production by overseeing resources, internal communication, asset development, timelines and project budgets across media types by:
Lead internal and client communication to ensure a seamless workflow
Coordinate client reviews and approvals as well as tracking and managing incoming revisions.
Attend meetings and reviews in person, as needed
Manage and maintain schedules and timelines and communicating accurate, timely updates of all project developments to internal team and client when appropriate
Coordinate the collecting and organizing of offer updates and disclaimers with client and help execute quarterly
Draft and develop project briefs with client as needed
Manage direct to studio projects directly with client and production studio
Scheduling and oversee work sent to Proofreader/QA.
Communicate and manage media information as it flows into the Production Department
Overseeing the proper filing and archiving of final job materials upon completion of job (final copy, visual assets, final produced files from vendors).
Flagging potential legal issues and working with client and internal teams to resolve
Reviews and approves monthly production billing with team.
Act as a true partner to the account, media and creative teams to ensure they are informed of changes from the client
Ensures quality standards are met on all projects under his/her direction
Track resource hours and manage overall project budget
Helps to establish yearly budgets, monitor spending activity, and provide on-going reports regarding account budget status and forecasts
Identifies and embraces great creative and helps to sell the best creative in the category
Performs other essential duties as assigned from time to time to meet the changing needs of the client and Martin Williams
Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change
Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
A Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent experience.
5/6+ years of agency Project Management and/or Account Management experience.
Ability to work with Mac and PC platforms with working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Experience with online media, including third-party ad servers and rich media technology partners.
Experience working on all mediums including: print, digital, direct, social and broadcast
Ability to lead and motivate a team with a collaborative, service-driven and client-focused attitude.
Ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects.
Excellent planning and organizational skills and process-oriented thinking with a working knowledge of the creative and production process.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and solutions oriented, while being flexible and adaptable to change.
