• You are emotionally resilient and mature
What You’d Do:
• Lead/co-lead the content, channel, and engagement strategy, including planning and research
• Brand planning and champion of the strategic “north star”
• Advocate for strategy, particularly as it relates to content and communication across several channels
• Identify content opportunities and co-develop ideas with creatives
• Stay informed on brand and content trends, best practices, and opportunities
• Serve as the agency’s in-house expert, and educator, on new technologies and subsequent marketing opportunities and implications
• Lead social strategy development across owned and paid in conjunction with agency VP and other cross agency leads
• Lead/co-lead website and email strategy from a content, audience, and journey perspective
• Can define goals and KPIs and help the team execute
• Effectively present your insights, ideas and recommendations to internal agency colleagues, clients, and external agency partners
What You’ve Done:
• Minimum 4-year college degree, advanced degrees welcome
• 10-12 years of experience for Director level, 15+ for Senior Director level
• Extensive brand strategy, brand planning or content strategy experience and portfolio
• Agency leadership experience
• Well versed in working directly with clients and other agency partners
• Excellent writing, presenting and interpersonal communication skills
