What You’ll Do

  • Participate in pre-planning account and client direction meetings to gather input and assist in establishing strategy direction.
  • Use media tools/resources and strategy to determine the right consideration set
  • Write media plans encompassing of all media types and present to internal and client teams
  • Ensure accurate execution of plan
  • Collaborate on ongoing media optimizations throughout the campaigns
  • Develop and write points-of-view
  • Work extensively with Media Analysts through training, initiating and delegating work, helping manage work flow, reviewing work for accuracy and quality
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with outside vendors and media partners
  • Lead negotiations with Sales Reps
  • Analyze metrics and media competitive data to draw meaningful insights and implications
  • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time to meet the changing needs of the department and the agency


What You’ve Done

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in media
  • Strong computer skills, specifically MS Office programs (bonus if you LOVE Excel!)
  • Experience with DCM, DoubleVerify, Google Analytics
